Luke, being the wonderful partner he is, also surprised Marian with a beautiful tennis bracelet as a wedding day present! You can see it (and her reaction in the photos). 

“I'm not a crier, but I could not keep it together after that! I felt SO special! He's also since gifted me a beautiful pair of diamond studs for a milestone birthday. So we are keeping our love of Susie Saltzman going strong!!!” - Marian.
