How long will my order take to ship?

Since the majority of our jewelry is made-to-order, you can typically expect your pieces to ship ~4-6 weeks after placing your order. Some Shop pieces, however, are available to ship within a week, and custom orders often take closer to 8 weeks. If you’re ordering from the Shop, you can find the expected shipping window for your piece on its product page. 

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking and all domestic US deliveries are 2-day shipping once out the door. 

Note that you’ll typically need to have someone home and available to sign for an item upon delivery.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your jewelry has been fabricated and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you ever have questions about your order before it has shipped, feel free to reach out via email and we’re happy to provide an update!

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! If your order will require shipment outside of the domestic US, kindly email us at custom@susiesaltzman.com with the piece you’re interested in and the shipping address, and we’ll provide a quote for the shipping cost.  

Do you accept returns?

We do not. Because each piece of jewelry we fabricate is made-to-order, we aren’t able to accept returns or refunds. That said, if you have a specific question and/or a quality concern about a piece you purchased, please feel free to email us and we’ll do what we can to help!
